About Fineholm...

We are a privately owned business, established in 1974, dealing with residential letting and estate agency. We started out as a residential letting agency which concentrated on the Glasgow market until 2005 when we acquired a small agency in Edinburgh.  Over the past 6 years our lettings portfolio has grown to managing over 2000 properties ranging from studio flats to luxurious detached houses throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh. We advanced into property sales in 2009 due to demand from our landlords and have now completed numerous sales on behalf of our clients. In 2011 we acquired a small lettings portfolio with approx 100 properties based around Glasgow and we are pleased to report we successfully integrated this into our portfolio with little inconvenience to both tenants and landlords.

 We have grown from a small agency with only 4 members of staff to a market leader with over 30 members of dedicated staff. Our staff are regularly trained in house to ensure the highest standards are maintained. The lettings industry is notorious for being a cottage industry with little or no regulation however here at Fineholm we provide a professional and reliable service. In addition as members of ARLA- the Association of Residential Letting Agents- we regularly attend meetings to ensure staff are up to date with all legislation. The recent introduction of Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations are welcomed by Fineholm and we hope will result in fewer deposit disputes.

 Over the years we have found that one of the key aspects to our businesses ' continued success is maintaining a high profile on both the high street and internet. We have 2 busy city centre offices - one in Glasgow city centre and one in Edinburgh’s West End.- and a fleet of branded cars constantly buzzing around town. 

We continue to heavily invest in marketing to ensure our internet presence is as strong as possible and by constantly improving our website and search engine rankings we are sure we are reaching our target audience.
