I joined Fineholm in April 2013, having previously worked for JVR Properties.
I work within the admin team and deal with all email enquiries/viewing requests, typing up inventories, answering the phone and greeting any visitors to the office. I also process applications for any potential tenants moving into our properties, making the whole process as simple for them as possible. I enjoy meeting new people everyday & working in the office alongside my other colleagues as we make a great team.

I started with Fineholm in March 2012 having come from a similar background and I have been in my current role for two years.
I am the first point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors for all maintenance related issues. My role also includes processing of deposit returns, the following up of inspections and the organisation of annual gas safety’s. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge and variety that my job brings, with no two days being the same.
I have 7 years’ experience in property management and transferred to Fineholm from JVR in 2013.
My current role as Maintenance Manager involves being the first point of contact for maintenance issues, deposit returns, safety, inspections and HMO’s. I am very much a people person & enjoy building relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors and love the feeling of satisfaction when a challenging task comes to a successful conclusion.

My role focuses mainly on viewings, carrying out periodical inspections and final checkouts. I enjoy being out, meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
I began working for Fineholm in 2008, I guess it’s true what they say, time flies when you are having fun – It seems like yesterday I started here.
When I first started here my main role was accounts although I also dealt with renting properties, maintenance and all other aspect of the day to day activities in the office; It was a much smaller . Its great to have all the basic overall knowledge though. Things have grown dramatically in the Edinburgh office over the years and I now manage only Accounts and thoroughly enjoy it

I started working at Fineholm in 2007 and have worked my way up to my current position as assistant manager in the Edinburgh Office.
I have eight years experience in the Letting Industry and gained all my knowledge from ‘The Property Experts’! My role is to ensure the office runs smoothly, overseeing the front desk and dealing with general day to day enquiries from both landlords and tenants. If you are moving into a Fineholm property I am the person who will sign your lease, give you all the information you require and answer any questions that you may have.
Thanks again for all your help in maintaining my father's property- he sings nothing but praises for Fineholm! (especially when he doesn't hear from you! ha ha!)
