Marketing the property
Referencing the prospective tenant  - we use our own comprehensive credit checking software which provides us with full references from employer and previous landlord as well as a credit check.
Advising you on landlords' legal obligation (see full information pack for full details)
Preparation of your inventory, pre tenancy photographs and utilities changeover
Preparation of the lease, collection of 1st month rent and deposit
Property inspections (inc. photographic evidence) during the tenancy
Property Maintenance during the tenancy - your property will have a dedicated maintenance manager allocated. This is beneficial to both you as a landlord and the tenant as your manager is aware of any historical issues which minimises time and cost.
Regular newsletters telling you about recent developments within private rental sector
Rent receipt, transferral and provision of monthly statements
Tenancy check out and Deposit Return in accordance with TDS Regulations 2011
