Should you have an emergency situation out of normal office hours we would ask that you contact the relevant tradesman directly (please note the tradesmen will use their discretion as to what is classified as an emergency)

I’d also just like to thank you guys for making the process of moving in so easy. There have been a few maintenance issues, but these have been dealt with so quickly and efficiently. It makes such a difference to our last letting agent who didn’t seem to have a clue about providing tenants with a good service.
