Property Manager position available

Fineholm are looking for a new Property Manager to join our Lettings Team. Our Property Managers have a busy, varied role on the front line of letting. The successful candidate will be office based, looking after a portfolio of properties. They’ll arrange viewings and tenant applications along with making sure the properties meet current legislation and then arranging periodical inspections and sending reports to landlords and tenants.

A Property Manager needs to be organised and have great communication skills, there’s also lots of interaction with other departments so team work is key. Experience not required but preferred.
