Useful Stats for Investor Landlords12 Sep 2016
I am looking at coming up with a new annual report for our investor landlords who are interested in seeing how their property investment is working for them in reality.
Investor landlords are usually more interested in the figures that their property is throwing out than anything else, which makes sense, as it’s a non-emotional investment for them. They want maximum return for their money.
The sort of stats we are looking at providing are occupancy rate, % of anticipated rent versus actual rent received, repair cost versus rental income and approximate current property valuation. We would like to be able to offer our clients an annual report giving this information and I think it would be well received.
It would be great to get some feedback from our landlords as to what other figures you would find useful!
