We offer a full service including :
Step 1 – initial consultation with a buy to let expert with local knowledge, either in person, online meet or by phone
Step 2 – individual report prepared for you offering several investment options, showing investment required, refurbishment needs (if any and accompanying quotes) anticipated rental per month, gross and net anticipate yields and anticipated capital appreciation.
Step 3 – negotiating the purchase and if required, solicitors representation.
Step 4 – once completed, overseeing refurbishment requirements
Step 5 – full management of your new rental investment.
This service allows “time short” would be investors to start or expand their property portfolio without having to take up any of their valuable time researching the market, scouring websites and viewing properties after work!
And most importantly, you can be confident in the knowledge that your buy to let purchase is a good one!
Our fee for this acquisition service is £650 plus VAT. Any costs associated with the purchase would be in addition and refurbishment works would be negotiated separately.
