Should you have an emergency situation out of normal office hours we would ask that you contact the relevant tradesman directly (please note the tradesmen will use their discretion as to what is classified as an emergency)
The immediate city centre is a mix of old buildings and modern units built into small spaces or with contemporary extensions. These residential properties stand alongside office blocks and retail units and are often quirky and ideal for those looking to experience Edinburgh’s mix of bars and restaurants. Parking can be a problem although some may come with permit parking.
With the growth in Edinburgh, the properties here can often command very high rents, particularly if they have been renovated to a good standard. Properties on streets such as Frederick Street or Rose street rarely come onto the market for very long.
I can highly recommend Fineholm if anyone is looking to rent their property. When I first approached Fineholm to rent my flat they had it advertised and let within a week, that was over 3 years ago and I havnt had one bit of bother. When maintenance was required on the flat this was done very promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I was delighted with the service they offered and I will most certainly be using Fineholm again in the future.

Thanks so much Becci. Has been a real pleasure working with Fineholm – please pass my thanks on to the team and Laura. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone in Glasgow selling a flat!

I was going to write in any event just to say thank you for your help with everything (Ellen, please note the excellent service Dawn has given me!). The “Welcome Pack” came in handy so thanks for that also.
