Should you have an emergency situation out of normal office hours we would ask that you contact the relevant tradesman directly (please note the tradesmen will use their discretion as to what is classified as an emergency)
Charing Cross is an area bordering the city boundaries between the city and Glasgow’s West end. It is still within walking distance of the city centre and being between the city and trendy West end it can offer the best of both worlds! There are a lot of office blocks around the area as well as bars, restaurants, local shops. This area is experiencing quite a boom with lots of new bars, eateries popping up. The Mitchell Library and Theatre is located here which means the area lends itself to students and professionals alike. Many flats in this area are purpose built blocks built during the 1980s/1990s, most are 1 and 2 bedroom flats. Some have parking, very few have gardens. Rents start from £475pcm for 1 bed flat , 2 beds from £575pcm.
Here is an example of a one bedroom which rents for £495pcm.
My wife and I purchased a house relatively quickly so we got in touch with Fineholm, asking them to source tenants for our flat which we would be vacating. Sally and Fineholm sourced a fantastic couple with a young child very quickly, performed all the necessary checks and confirmed to us that they were very good candidates. Fineholm sorted everything out in the background in terms of all the required admin tasks as well as walking me through the necessary steps such as registering as a landlord and setting up my SafeDeposits account. I could not have done all that was required on my own and thanks to Fineholm the tenants were in our flat on an agreed 12-month lease, with the probability of another 12-month lease coming our way, in a very short space of time! Great service all round
Kerr Kennedy (landlord)
The staff are very approachable and friendly...The service and communication was very good before moving in and was very simple and quick.
Mr Devine (tenant)
Thanks again for all your help in maintaining my father's property- he sings nothing but praises for Fineholm! (especially when he doesn't hear from you! ha ha!)
