Should you have an emergency situation out of normal office hours we would ask that you contact the relevant tradesman directly (please note the tradesmen will use their discretion as to what is classified as an emergency)
The Merchant City is the place to live in town – its is crammed with trendy shops, designer boutiques, awesome restaurants and cool bars, as well as lots of flats!
Flats in this area vary from modern, minimal open plan apartments to converted studios, rents are high in this area making it appeal mainly to young professionals – asking rent for a 1 bed start from £500pcm upwards, 2 bed from £650 cpm, 3 beds from £800pcm plus.
These properties tend to be offered furnished, some have parking, many don’t and almost none have a garden.
If you are a tenant looking for a flat to let, here’s some examples of what you get for your money.

I was going to write in any event just to say thank you for your help with everything (Ellen, please note the excellent service Dawn has given me!). The “Welcome Pack” came in handy so thanks for that also.
Mr Lombardi (landlord)
I Would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Fineholm for their efficiency in making this tenant's occupancy go so smoothly. I have greatly appreciated the advice and how extremely good they are in their profession.
Kent Conner (tenant)
We were tenants in a flat managed by Fineholm for 12 months. The tenancy was mostly hassle free and the small maintenance issues we had were sorted out without a fuss. Overall our experience of Fineholm was very good.
