Received my keys on the first of July and since then Marion and Amanda have been absolutely fabulous. I have rented from Clyde, Countrywide and First Lets and I can categorically say that Fineholm are friendlier, more helpful and speak to you like human beings rather than being second class citizens because I rent. They reply to emails quickly and deal with issues as and when they arise. Really pleased and feel very lucky.

I have recently moved into a flat rented through Fineholm, at first there were a few problems with accessing the flat due to their OTT requirement for every kind of document possible. Once we moved in it was apparent that the flat hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenants left. However I have been in contact with Stacey several times about some maintenance problems with the flat and was very impressed with the speed and the manor in which she dealt with every problem and query. I couldn't be happier with Stacey's service.
