I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with the team at Fineholm with regards to letting my property at Finlay Drive. I've used various letting agents over the past 14 years and without a doubt, yours has been the most professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
My tenant gave notice in March and given Covid restrictions I was really concerned that the property might remain empty for some time while it was cleaned and marketed. However, I was pleasantly surprised (shocked actually) as to how quickly the team turned the property around, even with work that was required to be completed in between tenants.
