Accounts Administrator ( full time)

We are looking for a full time accounts administrator for our accounts team in Glasgow. 

Our small team in accounts needs a new recruit! The job includes:

  • Processing Payments Received
  • Banking
  • Chasing rent arrears
  • Processing invoices
  • Answering client queries and many other other accounts related task

Full time hours (9am to 5pm) based in Glasgow office. Salary £18-19k plus bonus ( dependent on experience) Accounts experience a must ( Min 1  year)

Viewings Representative (full time).

Full time viewings representative required for our GLASGOW team. Are you interested in property? Do you have previous property experience? Like to be out and about as opposed to sitting behind a desk ? This could be the job for you!

To do this job you need to be super enthusiastic, have a smiley personality, relaxed manner, to be punctual and happy to be fluid throughout the day- this job can change from hour to hour! You will be a lone worker driving around Glasgow – so you need to be comfortable meeting members of the public who have arranged viewings, meeting tenants who are moving out of properties and living in the properties and chatting to all our clients.

2 late nights, full time hours Monday to Friday and Saturday rota .. Car provided  ** PREVIOUS PROPERTY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**. Salary £17-£18k plus bonus plus car.

Junior Administrator Required in our Glasgow office (full time). 

We are looking for a full-time junior administrator (and all around super hero) to join our team at Fineholm.

This role is a busy and varied one based in our Glasgow city center office. It includes the following jobs:

  • Answering general enquiry emails and arranging viewings
  • Rescheduling/cancelling viewings
  • Checking diaries and keys
  • Updating system with viewing feedback
  • Texting viewing & inspection reminders
  • Typing detailed inventories via electronic audio device
  • Typing Private Residential Tenancy Leases
  • Checking in new tenancies and checking out tenancies ended on our in-house system
  • Informing Council Tax of check ins and outs
  • Updating Gas & Electricity suppliers
  • Arranging advertising boards
  • Saving signed inventories
  • Emailing invoices to landlords
  • Getting keys cut, buying milk, sugar, coffee etc.
  • Mail – franking, opening and distributing to relevant individuals
  • Banking
  • Filing
  • Making up folders for Property Managers
  • Ordering stationary

You need a be smart, reliable and committed. Monday to Friday ( 9am to 5pm) Salary circa £16,500k plus bonus dependent on experience.
