Viewings Representative (full time).

Full time viewings representative required for our GLASGOW team. Are you interested in property? Do you have previous property experience? Like to be out and about as opposed to sitting behind a desk ? This could be the job for you!

You need a smiley personality, relaxed manner, to be punctual and happy to be fluid throughout the day,  2 late nights, full time Monday to Friday and Saturday rota .. Car provided  **YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PROPERTY EXPERIENCE**. Salary £17-£18k plus bonus plus car.

Accounts Administrator (full time).

We are looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join our accounts team in Glasgow. The right person will have a minimum of 1 years accounts experience, be enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team.

The role will include general book keeping tasks, banking, taking payment from clients, cash book entries, chasing late rental payment and keeping clients updated. The role is full time 9am to 5pm based in our Glasgow city center office. Salary circa £18k plus bonus.

Property Manager Required in our Glasgow office (full time). 

We are looking for a full time property manager to join our team at Fineholm. This role is a busy and varied one based in our Glasgow city center office. You will be the first point of contact for clients calling or coming into our office and as such a smiley, positive, can do attitude is essential for this role.

You will answer calls, deal with client enquiries by phone, in person and online, and you will prepare properties and incoming tenant files.  Scheduling property viewings, property inspections and check ins are all part of this role. Ideally the right person will have previous property experience but this is not essential – positivity and willingness to learn are more important, as is being part of a team.

You need a be smart, reliable and committed. Salary circa £17-18k plus bonus dependent on experience.
