Property Manager 
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £17,500 – £18,500

We are looking for a new Property Manager to join the team at our busy Glasgow Office.

Our Property Managers are allocated their own portfolio of properties and on a daily basis deal with viewings and tenant applications, they arrange relevant statutory certificates/requirements for a safe move in and they provide viewing and statistical feedback to landlords. This is a very busy and varied role and will also include plotting periodical inspections, assessing inspection reports and liaising with other in-house departments to ensure smooth tenancy changeovers.

Although not a strict requirement, the role would suit someone with previous letting experience.

Maintenance Manager 
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000 – £19,000

We are looking for a new team member to join our busy Maintenance Department.

Each Maintenance Manager is responsible for their own portfolio of properties and deals with repair issues advised by tenants and landlords. On a daily basis, the manager will be creating work orders, instructing and liaising with tradesmen as well as running daily reports to ensure jobs are completed within a reasonable time frame and checking and passing invoices.

The Maintenance Manager will also deal with check-out files and any disputed deposits including submitting evidence to the Tenant Deposit Scheme, interacting with landlords and tenants and reaching conflict resolution positively.

The manager will also undertake projects with landlords and liaise with other in-house departments to ensure the property is let out quickly.

Although previous letting experience isn’t required, experience within a maintenance environment is preferred.
