Maintenance Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our busy in Glasgow. The right person will be enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team. The team includes 4 full-time maintenance managers, 1 part-time, maintenance manager and 1 head of department.

Duties will include:
Responsible for approx 300 properties, Dealing with repair issues advised by tenants and landlords by telephone, email, inventories, legionella reports and in the office, Creating work orders, Instructing and liaising with tradespeople, Running daily reports to ensure jobs are completed within a reasonable time frame, Checking, completing and passing invoices, Dealing with termination files and any disputed deposits, including submitting evidence to TDS, Interacting with landlords and tenants and reaching conflict resolution positively, Undertaking projects with landlords to ensure the property is let out quickly and effectively, Liaising with other in-house departments,
