What’s happening for Fineholm tenants while the office is closed?

While the offices have to remain closed and we are unable to carry any physical appointments, we are still here to help and do as much as we can. Many of the team are working hard at home  – which has been a tricky task given we have no work from home experience! (Big thanks to the team @ Russell Hamilton who helped so much)

If you are a tenant with us:  

RENT – we are trying to help as much as we can if you are struggling to pay your rent at this terrible time – so many have been affected  – it’s been fantastic to see so many landlords offering help with rent delays/ reductions and holidays. If you are experiencing problems get in touch.

CHECKING OUT OF A PROPERTY –  we are doing virtual checkouts where possible.  One of the team will arrange a video call with you to go through the inventory and discuss the deposit return.

INSPECTIONS – we are still doing inspections where possible – but virtually! Again one of the team will arrange a video call walkthrough.

MAINTENANCE ISSUES – our maintenance departments are working from home and can be reached by both tenants and landlords.  We still have emergency cover and contractors have confirmed that they will attend to these calls as and when required – please note this is for emergency calls only at present.
